Masterclass in R&D and Innovation Management

R&D managers, and graduates entering industry, often face unique challenges because their technical training has not equipped them for management tasks. This new MasterClass provides a practical, hands-on, introduction to management issues in R&D and Innovation. It is delivered by consultants with senior level R&D experience and utilises innovative training methods at a standard equivalent to that of leading business schools.
