Lifetime Achievement Award
This award acknowledges an individual who has contributed significantly to raising the reputation of the West of Scotland as a centre of excellence for life sciences in either academic or commercial sectors.
The Nexxus Lifetime Achievement Award will be awarded to an individual who satisfies all of the following conditions :
- has worked in life sciences (but not necessarily a scientist) in academia, the NHS or industry
- has worked in the West of Scotland for a period in excess of seven years
The competition will be judged on :
- A panel of judges will determine the nominee who has done the most, through their life's work in life sciences, to increase the international reputation of the West of Scotland as a centre of excellence in life sciences.
