This award acknowledges the most innovative product or service recently on the market, or close to market that has come from a West or East of Scotland life science institution or company.
The Nexxus Award for innovation will be awarded to a product or service that satisfies all of the following conditions :
- has been developed in the last three years (since August 2006)
- has been/is being developed by a West or East of Scotland company or institution
- is at a stage of development where the company or institution is happy to publicise this innovation
This competition will be judged on :
- quality of product or service
- innovativeness of the product or service
- potential impact of the product or service to the life science industry
